Love is in the air for Daniel Radcliffe as he goes for a romantic stroll with his girlfriend

Being part of the biggest movie franchise on the planet, there aren’t many people who don’t know Daniel Radcliffe.

And while his fame may have got in the way of his love life in the past, it the Harry Potter star is very much in love with his new girlfriend.

Daniel, 22, was seen strolling hand in hand with the pretty brunette on Tuesday.

The mega movie star recently revealed that he was in a relationship while speaking to chat show host Larry King.

He said: ‘I've got a girlfriend at the moment, who I am very much in love with.

‘So you know, we'll see where that goes.’

But while Daniel has opened up about his feelings the identity of the girl remains unknown.

Despite Radcliffe’s hefty bank balance the couple enjoyed an low-key stroll earlier this week and both were dressed in casual clothing.

Daniele donned a plain blue T-shirt and a pair of shorts while his girlfriend was dressed in a pair of black leggings a lilac long vest and a pair of flip flops.

The pretty girl also appeared to be fresh-faced with little makeup and her hair causally pulled back into a messy bun.

Daniel has only gone public with one girlfriend since his meteoric rise to fame starring in the first Harry Potter film in 2001.

In 2007 Daniel was dating actress Laure O’Toole after meeting during the West End stage play Equus but the couple split in early 2008.

Later that year Daniel revealed he had lost his virginity to a much older woman when he was 16 years old.

Speaking to U.S. Style bible Details magazine he insisted that the age difference wasn’t ridiculous but it would ‘freak some people out.’

In 2010 he was seen spending time with Olive Uniacke but later that year he also admitted to U.S. gay magazine Out that he wasn’t having too much luck with the ladies.

'I’m not getting too many responses, but, yes, I’m having a go,' he said of his attempts to find a girlfriend.

'I’ve never really done it [dated] because all my girlfriends that I’ve ever met, I’ve met through work,' he explained.

'So we got to know each other really well at work and then kind of ended up going out.'
