Kim Kardashian opens up about pregnancy as it's revealed 'she'll give birth to Kanye's baby while still married to Kris Humphries'

She might be one of the most famous women in the world, but even someone like Kim Kardashian can't escape the difficulties of pregnancy.

The 32-year-old star, who confirmed earlier this week that she is pregnant with her first child with rapper beau Kanye West, has opened up about the trials and tribulations of expecting.

Meanwhile, as Kim spoke to E! News about her pregnancy, new claims have emerged that the star will give birth to her baby while she is still married to basketball player Kris Humphries.

Despite the pair splitting back in October 2011, they have since been embroiled in a bitter divorce battle in the courts.

And now, according to RadarOnline.com, the next trial for the divorce will be set for mid-June, to fit in with Nets player Kris' basketball commitments.

However, Kim, who is believed to be around three months along, is thought to be giving birth around late June time.

A source close to the situation told the website: 'Unless Kim gives in to Kris' demand that she admit the marriage fraudulent, the divorce proceedings will still be ongoing and she will still be legally married to him when she gives birth.'

Since they split after just 72 days of marriage, Kris has argued for an annullment rather than a divorce, arguing that he and Kim married under false pretenses.

The source said: 'Kris isn't trying to drag this out, but he wants to be vindicated in court. Kris will see this through to the end.'

'But Kim is refusing to cave to any of Kris' demands. She has moved on with her life, and she won't agree to an annulment on grounds that the marriage was fraudulent because it would cause catastrophic damage to her brand.'

Shortly after announcing her pregnancy earlier this week, Kim told E! News that pregnancy is 'not fun' and that she is suffering from 'growing pains'.

Kim, who reportedly earned herself $300,000 when she managed to fulfill her business obligations by hosting a party in Las Vegas on New Year's Eve, added that although she and Kanye, 35, do not know the sex of the baby yet, they are planning on finding out as soon as they can, according to TMZ.

Kim said: 'I take lots of naps. Actually I feel really good. This New Year is just about being happy and healthy and that’s what I plan on doing.

'I wouldn’t say that pregnancy has been easy but there's been no morning sickness.

When people say pregnancy is fun and they love it, I would disagree. I think from this stage on it does become easier and funner but it’s just adjusting.'

She added: 'Even my sister has made it look so easy and it’s not as easy as people think. It’s a little painful, there’s a lot of growing pains.

'But I’ve heard it’s all worth it so I’m looking forward to that.'

And as for any weird cravings, The Keeping Up With the Kardashian's star said she is longing for seafood - though she knows it's not encouraged for pregnant women.

She said: 'I'm craving sushi, but I know I can't really have it, so I'm eating a lot of carrots and celery with lots of ranch.'

Kim also doesn't mind if she has a boy or a girl, and claimed: 'No preference, I just want a healthy baby.'

The Twitter addicted star took to the social networking site to promote her new fragrance but later removed the post.

Kim said she was really 'excited' about her new scent but her followers may have though it made her seem too mercenary when she should be thinking about motherhood.

She also Tweeted about her beauty line, saying: 'So excited about our #KhromaBeauty products launching this year!

'Look forward to so many things this year!'

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West looked like the happiest couple in the world on Monday as they were spotted together for the first time since their baby news.

The parents-to-be were spotted at Los Angeles International Airport with their arms wrapped around each other while exchanging affectionate glances.

Pregnant Kim's mother and manager Kris Jenner - not one to miss out on a media opportunity - followed closely behind.

Kim is expected to be joined by Kayne tonight as she hosts a New Year's Eve party in Las Vegas - for which she is said to be earning a staggering $300,000.

The reality star - who is around three months pregnant and due at the end of June - won't take a break as the curvy brunette will ring in the new year at 1 Oak on the Vegas strip, a gig that has been heavily promoted by the Mirage Hotel.

Tickets are $125 for women and $150 for men, while it's $3000 to hire a table. And that is without the cost of any alcohol.

Earlier on Monday Kim opened up for the first time about being pregnant - but admitted the happy news is tinged with sadness.

The 32-year-old TV personality said she and boyfriend Kanye West feel 'blessed' but wished that her late father Robert and his late mother Donda were still around to share in their joy.

Taking to her blog on Monday, Kim wrote a message titled 'New Year, New Beginnings'.

She wrote: It’s true!! Kanye and I are expecting a baby. We feel so blessed and lucky and wish that in addition to both of our families, his mom and my dad could be here to celebrate this special time with us.

'Looking forward to great new beginnings in 2013 and to starting a family. Happy New Year!!! Xo

Kim's father, powerhouse attorney Robert Kardashian, died in 2003, aged 59, just weeks before Kim's 23rd birthday, after losing his battle to esophageal cancer.

In 2007 Kanye's mother Donda died aged 58 due to complication from cosmetic surgery.

Kim and Kanye, 35, have admitted in the past that their mutual loss of a parent has been something they have formed a close bond over as their friendship blossomed into romance.

The couple's baby news was first revealed by Kanye onstage during his concert in Atlantic City on Sunday night as Kim watched from the audience.

The rapper said 'stop the music', then announced 'make noise for my baby mama right here,' with a wide smile. Kanye's announcement prompted a flurry of excited tweets from the audience.

Kim, who was sat in the audience during the show, is said to have not known that her man would reveal their pregnancy and was in shock like many of the rappers fans.

Kim is thought to be around the 12-week mark.

After the news of Kim's pregnancy broke late on Sunday her excited family took to Twitter.

Kanye spent the Christmas period with Kim's family, who have welcomed him with open arms.

Kim has also become close to Kanye's family after being he took her to visit them in Oklahoma City while visiting his mother Donda West's grave last month.

Since Kim and Kanye began dating in April they have rarely been apart.
Despite the shortness of their relationship, the two have been friends for years.

It has even been speculated that the rapper had been in love with Kim back in 2009, when he appeared to refer to her in his track Knock You Down.

In scenes later broadcast on her reality show Kris Jenner was seen jokingly criticising Kanye for eyeing up Kim, telling him: ‘Don’t be looking at her a**’.

Not one to miss a beat, quick-witted Kanye replied: ‘I’ve never seen it actually.’

They are preparing to spend their very first Christmas together.

But it looks like Kim Kardashian has already finished her preparations - spending the run up to the big day enjoying the company of Kanye West.

The couple dressed in matching outfits in matching black outfits as they headed out in Los Angeles on Sunday.

Kim flattered her hourglass curves in a plunging silk mini dress, nipped in at the waist. She teamed it with a pair of over-the-knee boots and a black and gold clutch bag.

She wore her hair long over her shoulders, having made multiple visits to the salon over recent days.

She revealed on her blog that the salon had been dyeing her hair darker after she lightened it while in Miami.

The sometime fashion designer teamed them with a black T-shirt and blue/black waistcoat.

Kim is looking forward to spending her first holiday season with Kanye, tweeting: 'Good morning everyone! I am so anxious for Christmas Eve tomorrow! This is by far my favorite time of year!'

Her brother Rob told E! that Kanye would 'of course' be amongst the family at this year's celebrations.

Kanye offers some interesting lyrics in his new track White Dress for the RZA's soundtrack to his directorial debut, The Man With the Iron Fists.

A minute-long snippet of the track, due out October 23, was posted online on Thursday and the hip-hop star is heard making matrimonial come-ons to his 'baby girl.'

'You the type of girl that probably deserve a new last name/ But they never let us do our thing,' the 35-year-old is heard rapping.

He adds: 'Your high heels clicking/Your lip gloss glistening/Your hips start switching.'
