They have been enjoying a sun-soaked getaway to Mexico with some of her famous friends and fiancé Justin Theroux.

But it seemed as though there may have been some trouble in paradise when Jennifer Aniston got her man alone on Wednesday.

It looked as though the couple, both 41, may have been having something of a heated discussion at the luxurious Los Cabos location.

Jennifer came out to where Justin was relaxing and appeared to start exchanging heated words with her other half.

With her hand placed firmly on her stuck-out hip, it was clear Jennifer was not in the best of moods.

After what looked like a telling off the pair were staring in opposite directions for a time.

Jennifer was dressed in a purple shirt which she teamed with a pretty pink and cream sarong as she paced about in the warm weather.

The actor sipped on an espresso and had accessorised with a beret hat and orange-lensed sunglasses.

Fortunately it seemed that the pair soon made amends and they were later seen sitting a lot closer together as they relaxed by the pool and chatted away.

And Justin eventually decided to take a dip, stripping off and displaying his muscular form.

Jennifer, who has been spending much of her time in New York these days, chose the perfect place for her New Year trip as temperatures climbed to 77 degrees Fahrenheit at the resort.

Jennifer and Justin arrived by private jet on Sunday to the Baja California peninsula famed for its sandy beaches, world-class scuba diving, distinctive sea arch, and abundant marine life.

Flying down to Cabo for the holidays is a longheld tradition for the actress, who has previously treated her friends Chelsea Handler and Courteney Cox to the privilege.

And the former Friends star's latest attempt to roll back the years came as she was pictured jetting out of Los Angeles' LAX Airport in a pair of MC Hammer-esque baggy jeans.

Jennifer teamed the unflattering bottoms with a white vest top, plimsolls and blue blazer as she was spotted making her way through the airport with boyfriend Justin Theroux.

Jennifer topped off the outfit with a pair of aviator sunglasses and a long necklace, carrying a black handbag while also toting a black holdall for the trip.

As per Justin looked as cool as ever in a pair of black biker boots and dark slim fit jeans.

The 40-year-old seemed to be trying to say something about his youthful looks with his black printed T-shirt; the back of his T-shirt read, 'Guess my age then add 5'.

Like Aniston, Theroux wore a pair of aviators and they both wore their matching gold name rings.

Feeling the weather difference compared to the sunshine in Los Angeles, Justin added a few items of clothing to his black on black ensemble.

Wrapping up, he topped his outfit with a black hoodie and a leather jacket.

At 43, Jennifer Aniston is still as glossy and gorgeous as during her days on Friends.

And she admits her glow is down to her current 'peaceful and joyful' state, thanks to her relationship with Justin Theroux, 40.

In a revealing interview with InStyle magazine, the actress says 2012 for her will be about enjoying life with her new man.

'We're trying to live between both coasts,' she says. 'I want to see friends more and travel more. I say that every year, but this year, I’m going to do it!'

'You lose perspective': Ever-youthful Jennifer Aniston is stunning in a new photoshoot for InStyle magazine, and says she forgets that she's not the same age as the 'new crop' of twenty-something actresses

The couple met during filming of Wanderlust, which was released in cinemas last month. 'It was one of the most idyllic film experiences I’ve ever had,' Jennifer reveals. 'We spent three months together out on a lake, laughing the whole time. We became a family.'

The actors have been inseparable ever since.

'Having experienced everything you don’t want in a partner over time, it starts to narrow down to what you actually do want. As I get older, I realise what qualities are important in love, what suits me and what I won’t settle for.'

Aniston says she has long since moved on from some of those 'lessons,' and insists that tabloid headlines about her long-running feud with love rival Angelina Jolie is far from the truth.

The actress rivals any twenty-something on the red carpet and on film - just look at her next to Brooklyn Decker in Just Go With It - but Jennifer admits the 'new crop' are starting to make her aware of her post-40 age.

'You know what makes me feel old? When I see girls who are twenty-something, or the new crop of actresses and think, "Aren’t we kind of the same age?" You lose perspective.

'Or being offered the part of a woman with a 17-year-old child. It’s like, "I’m not old enough to have a 17-year-old!" Then you realise, well, yeah, you are.

But she adds: 'I don’t feel my age. I feel young every day.'

The jeans and flip-flops loving star says: 'I feel sexy in my jeans and wearing my boyfriend’s T-shirt.'

But don't say that she has copied Justin's 'biker' look! 'He has great style – it’s very specific and it has been his style forever,' she says. 'But has it influenced mine? No. I know people say it has - "Oh look, you’re dressing alike". And I think, "No I’m not. I’ve had this jacket for three years!"'

'On the red carpet, it’s time for me to start doing something different. I play it very safe, because I just want to be comfortable. If I could wear a jersey tank that went down to the floor, I would.'

Her style staples? 'Boots, a great blazer, a scarf and jeans. I like Rag & Bone, Vince and Generra jeans, which they don’t make any more. And a black leather jacket for winter.'

Her toned figure as as impressive as ever, but Jennifer says she wants to shift the extra weight she's gained since giving up cigarettes. 'I don’t make resolutions, but I quit smoking recently and it put a couple of pounds on me that are hard to lose,' she says. 'Everybody says it’s normal, but I’d like to get rid of them!'

It is well documented how in love Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux are.

But the pair looked positively glowing as they left their New York hotel on Saturday afternoon.

Dressed casually for their onward journey, the couple looked sheepish as they walked towards their waiting car outside the Greenwich Hotel in Tribeca - obviously having had a fun few nights there.

Sexy in the City: The couple have been enjoying all that the Big Apple has to offer

Theroux was dressed in his trademark all black and carried a backpack over his leather jacket and covered up his handsome face with dark glasses and a woolly hat.

Meanwhile, Aniston wore matching shades and donned boyfriend jeans, a dark coat, light coloured trainers and had a patterned scarf wrapped around her neck.

Ever the gentleman, Theroux seemed to carry his lady love's large handbag into the car as she kept hold of her smaller purse.

And the pair seemed to travel light, well for celebrities, and only had four suitcases between them as well as a few shopping bags from purchases they made in the Big Apple.

Although the actress bought a $9 million apartment in New York last year, she apparently doesn't want to settle in the city where she grew up because of the attention she gets there.

She told Australian radio programme The Kyle and Jackie O Show recently that she won't be residing in NYC full time.

'We tried New York,' Aniston said. 'It felt like I was [living] in a fishbowl. It was a little rough with the paparazzi. It didn't feel like the New York I grew up in and knew.'

She added that she gets more privacy in Los Angeles - seemed to be borne out by the fact that she has just bought a new mansion in exclusive Bel Air.

The 43-year-old actress began dating Theroux, 40 after they wrapped filming on their movie Wanderlust.

'If he's not got down on one knee, or we're not married, by the end of the year, it's over!'

Meanwhile, the star explained the couple's new dog Sophie, a boxer-pitbull cross, is a 'test run' for having children.

He was seated alongside Jennifer's actor father John Aniston, 78, who later proudly posed for a photograph with his famous daughter - and got a kiss too.

The 43-year-old star looked stunning in a pretty blue, white and red patterned Tom Ford midi dress and strappy sandals as she knelt down by her star on Hollywood Boulevard.

Jennifer stars alongside Justin in the new comedy film Wanderlust, but the pair did not pose together at the recent Hollywood premiere of the movie.

Absent from those present to support her, were her Friends co-stars, including best friend Courteney Cox. Instead she was celebrated by Just Go With It co-star Adam Sandler.

Sandler made a speech about Jennifer's career. He said: 'She prayed for three things,' he told the assembled crowd.

'To have everyone in the entire world be fascinated with her haircut; to one day star in a movie about an evil leprechaun who kills people, and most importantly, receive a star on the prestigious Hollywood Walk of Fame. Well today, Jennifer, the trifecta is here.'

'To imagine that you’re going to be there is really special. It's fun.'

She added: 'I can't imagine what that would be. It's not normal. Friends is in your living room; Friends is not in a movie theater. It doesn't make sense to me. I think it would be going against its authentic self.'
