What you got under there? The £12,000 hair transplant Jason Gardiner has been hiding under his flatcap

New barnet? Dancing on Ice judge Jason Gardiner is said to have undergone a £12,000 hair transplant

He is as known for his flat cap as he is his acid-tongued comments presiding on the panel of Dancing on Ice.

But while the 39-year-old choreographer rarely conceals his opinions he has been keeping a secret hidden under his hat.

TV’s Mr Nasty is thought to have undergone a £12,000 hair transplant procedure and according to reports he does now have a thin layer of hair growing on his usually-smooth head and he sent a picture of the fuzz to a friend, according to The Mirror.

‘When he sent me this picture I was amazed, it takes years off him. He can be rightly pleased with the results.’

The sharp-tongued judge is said to be annoyed after TV presenter Phillip Schofield made reference to Jason’s hair-raising secret away on This Morning on Thursday.

He told viewers: ‘There are miraculous things going on under that hat!’

And while his pregnant co-host Holly Willoughby told him to shut up Schofield continued: ‘There's magic stuff going on under there but we can't talk about it any more - but there is!

He added: ‘When has Jason Gardiner ever held back? All I'm doing is playing one of his cards... simple as that.’

The choreographer was a guest on the daytime TV show the following day when the show was presented by Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes.

Gardiner has sparked fury in both viewers and contestants on the skating show after making a number of highly critical and in many cases cruel comments about the contestants.

Last week he rowed with Denise Welch’s husband Tim Healy after making critical comments about the performance which saw her booted off the show.

Tim stormed up to judges table to have it out with the Australian but Jason complained that Healy’s breathe smelt.

The judge later blasted Welch’s partner claiming he stank of ‘stale p*** and alcohol’ on Twitter.
