Just last week she flattered her curvy figure in a pair of skintight black leggings.
But Holly Valance was a far cry from the stylish look yesterday as she dined with fiancé Nick Candy in west Hollywood.
The former Strictly Come Dancing star donned a very baggy jumper with horizontal stripes - a big no-no for trying to look slimmer.

She also wore snug white trousers, a colour not known for flattering pear shapes.
The 28-year-old also appeared a bit fuller in the face.
She paired the look with massive black sunglasses and silver hoop earrings.
Last week, as she accompanied billionaire property tycoon Nick to dinner in Mayfair, Holly looked glamorous in her favourite leggings and sparkly top.

After getting engaged in the Maldives just before Christmas, the pair have decided to wait until 2013 to tie the knot.
They cited the Queen's Jubilee and the Olympics as reasons to wait because they want to enjoy both events without worrying about wedding planning.
The pair, who started dating just over two years ago, are currently at odds over where to marry.
Friends say Valance wants to marry in California, while Candy, 39, would love to tie the knot in the South of France or Italy.
Three's a crowd: The newly-engaged couple were joined by a friend
A pal told the Mail On Sunday's Katie Nicholl column: 'Holly wants to marry in LA because she lived there for years, and has contacted wedding planners there, but Nick is trying to convince her to have it somewhere more classic in Europe.
'Nick likes the idea of Italy or the South of France, where he usually has his superyacht moored.'
Valance is rumoured to be considering Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen as her dress designer - who famously created the wedding gown for Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge last year.
