The Only Way is the kebab shop! Mark Wright gets midnight munchies… and drops hints he IS marrying Lauren

By Sarah Fitzmaurice

Midnight munchies: Mark Wright, who has been working out ahead of the second series of The Only Way Is Essex hit up the kebab shop as he left the launch party at Faces nightclub

He has been getting in shape workout in Miami ahead of the second series of The Only Way Is Essex but after a few beverages it seems there is only one place Mark Wright wants to go to – the kebab shop.

The 23-year-old was looking worse for wear as he left the launch party for the reality TV show at Faces nightclub last night, and looking to soak up some of the alcohol was quick to head to a fast food outlet.

But once he had his kebab and chips Mark, who was partying with his friend Jack Tweed as well as some of the other cast members, decided it would be funny to mush his food into a pal’s face.

Mark, who is never usually short of female companions, appeared to be on a boys night out as he left the Faces nightclub with his mates.

The gang moved from the launch party at the nightclub to another favourite haunt Deuces, which Mark owns.

Meanwhile his on-screen best friend James ‘Arg’ Argent was also in attendance at the party with girlfriend Lydia Bright in tow.

The couple left the nightclub together but were also looking like they had over-indulged in the evening’s festivities.

Jack the lad: Mark decided to throw his fast food over his friend as they made their way to the car. It seemed to a boys night out for Mark who is said to be marrying Lauren Goodger

It will go there: Mark pointed to his ring finger as he sat in the car with his friends on the way home as if to suggest the reason he wasn't with a girl was because he is marrying Lauren

Mark, who recently broke up with Playboy model girlfriend Kayla Collins, is said to have asked his on–off girlfriend Lauren Goodger to marry him.

As he sat in the car with his friends on the way home the cheeky Essex chap pointed to his wedding finger, perhaps explaining why he was heading home without a girl in tow.

Mark visited Faces nightclub earlier in the week but despite being on the receiving end of attention from a number of Essex girls he didn’t seem interested and headed home alone yet again.

Lacey Turner stars as Elizabeth getting married to childhood sweetheart - scientist Victor Frankenstein, played by Andrew Gower, with the creature that he created, played by David Harewood, seeking justice.

Lauren, who has had a nose job and undergone a strict diet and fitness regime ahead of the second series of the show, is said to have accepted Mark’s proposal after a week back together.

But while the story would make a great twist to the show’s storyline it is said their nuptials are just for the cameras and a six-figure magazine deal they have secured.

An ITV source told The News Of The World: ‘This is a relationship very much for the TV show.

A few hours earlier: Mark and long-time friend Jack Tweed made their way into Faces nightclub looking fresh faced but emerged looking worse for wear

‘Mark and Lauren are only concerned with maximising their earnings while they can.’
.
Earlier this month Mark and Kayla, who share the same management, ended their relationship after the Playboy model went back to the U.S. to look after her pet cat.

The pair blamed ‘work commitments’ on the split but Mark said he was hoping to remain friends.

Mark has been busy in recent weeks filming the second series of TOWIE which airs on Sunday.

Early on: Lydia Bright who also stars in the reality TV show also appeared fresh-faced as she arrived at the party but had to be taken home by her boyfriend later in the night

Worse for wear: Lydia and James Arg Argent looked ready for bed as they headed home in a taxi

The reality show, which is set-up in part, has shown the trials and tribulations of his on-off relationship with Lauren Goodger as well as his flings with Sam Faiers and Lucy Mecklenburgh.

Lauren, 23, has failed to move on from her ex-boyfriend of nearly ten years and has undergone a transformation ahead of the second series of the show.

The Essex girl has had a nose job and been on a strict fitness regime in a bid to trim her figure which Mark once branded ‘huge’.

But while Mark has been partying with his fellow cast members and joined Amy Childs and Sam Faiers for a glam night out at Sugar Hut on Thursday, Lauren appears to have been keeping a low profile ahead of tonight's show.

The Only Way Is Essex returns to our screens on ITV2 tonight at 10pm.
