Tradition normally dictates the groom ends up drunk and dishevelled at his stag do.
But last night, James Corden looked surprisingly sober as he left his star-studded bachelor party at Mahiki in London.
While the theatre star, 34, looked calm and serious as he exited the Mayfair venue, it was left to his comedian friend Jack Whitehall to entertain the paparazzi with his antics.

The Bad Education star, 24, left clutching a bottle of Mahiki's own-brand alcohol before tumbling onto the back seat of his taxi.
Jack looked a tad worse for wear as he struggled to put in hoodie on under his jacket - which he was already wearing.
He clearly enjoyed himself as he tweeted this morning (Wednesday): 'I want to get married immediately! So I can have another stag.'
The young comedian was one of a host of famous names in attendance at James's stag, ahead of his wedding to Julia Carey.

James's best friend Dominic Cooper was there, as well as Michael McIntyre, Jimmy Carr, Russell Tovey, David Walliams and Dragon's Den star Peter Jones.
Although David managed to escape being photographed leaving the club, he admitted he was feeling rather hungover.
He tweeted this morning: 'It was James Corden's stag night last night. My head hurts... '
James and former TV producer Julia are set to wed at Babington House in Somerset, the same venue where Amanda Holden, Natasha Kaplinsky, Fatboy Slim and Zoe Ball have wed.

The actor could be forgiven for not going wild on his stag following an incredibly hectic year.
Following his critically-acclaimed run in the West End production of One Man, Two Guvnors, he then took the play to Broadway.
Having returned from New York last week after an exhausting three-month stint over there, he must be feeling pretty tired.
And since becoming a father to now 18-month-old Max, James isn't quite the hard-partier he used to be.
James and Julia, who met in 2009 after they were introduced by the actor's then-flatmate Dominic, got engaged on Christmas Day 2010.
