His representatives have vehemently denied he has a drug problem and he still socialises in A-list circles after attending Natalie Portman's wedding to Benjamin Millipied on Saturday night.
Yet these pictures appear to show Macaulay Culkin in anything but good health, as he feels the urge to be sick in public.
The Home Alone actor was pictured looking pale and nauseous outside Chateau Marmont on Friday, in the first pictures of the 31-year-old since he denied claims in a US tabloid publication that the former child star is 'hooked on heroin'.
Maybe ask where the men's room is! Former child actor Macaulay Culkin was photographed leaving Chateau Marmont on Friday holding his stomach and appearing as if he needed to throw up
The New York native, who now works as a DJ, was seen wearing grey jeans and a plait shirt.
He wore an unbuttoned black jacket and hid beneath a pair of shades, accessorising with orange nail polish and a sprinkling of gold rings.
His blonde hair was flicked back and his stubble was growing out into a beard and moustache.

Settling his stomach: In the end, it seems the actor-turned-DJ just needed to spit
The MTV Movie Award-winner was seen clutching his stomach as he looked ready to throw-up.
As Macaulay moved towards the bush, he leaned his head over the greenery and despite initially looking overwhelmed by the need to be sick, he just spat and cleared his mouth out instead.
After his momentary indiscretion, he walked to a friend's car while puffing on a cigarette.
The My Girl icon has been plagued by rumours recently that he is on a downward spiral of drug addiction and has just 'six months to live'.
Macaulay's spokesperson was forced to deny claims published by the National Enquirer last week that the Uncle Buck star has a $6,000-a-month drug habit.
His representatives branded the US tabloid article 'ridiculously fictitious' and 'insulting'.
The allegations said he regularly shoots up heroin and addictive painkiller oxycodone (dubbed hillbilly heroin).
Unfazed: Macaulay carried on about his business after the slight hiccup
The report went on to claim Macaulay turned his Manhattan apartment into a drug den.
Responding to the allegations, Culkin's publicist Michelle Bega told MailOnline: 'The report in the National Enquirer that Macaulay Culkin is addicted to heroin and assorted hallucinogenics is not only categorically without merit, but it is also impossibly and ridiculously fictitious.'
The Enquirer claims Culkin's alleged drug use intensified 18 months ago - around the time he split from long-term girlfriend Kunis, who is now dating Ashton Kutcher.
