Air Posh ready for take-off! Victoria Beckham 'takes control' of private jet to Canada... but isn't impressed with the carpet

'Full throttle ahead!!' Victoria Beckham pretends to take control of her private jet en route to Vancouver, Canada

She's already tried singing, acting, writing and designing to varying degrees of success, but is Victoria Beckham about to add pilot to her list of skills?

On board a private jet from the U.S. to Vancouver, the former Spice Girl decided to have a bit of fun as she posed in cockpit.

Uploading a photo of her pretending to drive the plane, she tweeted: 'Full throttle ahead!! X vb.'

Then once back in her seat, the fashionista admitted she wasn't impressed with the beige swirly carpet.

She wrote: 'I'm so upset about this carpet x vb.'

Ahead of take-off back in Los Angeles, Victoria revealed she was having to do her hair and make-up on the plane.

She tweeted: 'Getting ready on the plane,Vancouver here we come!!! X vb.'

Victoria is in British Columbia to host a private showcase of her autumn/winter 2012 Victoria Beckham ready-to-wear collection at the Holt Renfrew department store.

Following the showcase, fans will be able to enter 'The World of Victoria Beckham', which features clothes, accessories, sunglasses and handbags on display from the former pop star.

However, fans were kept waiting for several hours after Victoria's jet was held up at customs.

She wrote on Twitter: 'Plane stuck in customs, ready and waiting see you soon @holtrenfrew x vb...

'Cleared customs!!!!on my way!!! So excited to be in Vancouver!!!! X vb.'

It appeared her 11-month-old daughter Harper was accompanying mum on the trip, given the little legs sticking out from behind the make-up artist's head.

Since starting her Twitter page in 2010, Victoria has used to micro-blogging site to showcase her sense of humour.

In April, she posed up a storm alongside a air stewardess on a flight to China.
