That's not like you! Miranda Kerr keeps her curves covered as she launches new Victoria's Secret swimwear range

Keeping it covered: Miranda Kerr hid her bikini body under a crocheted dress as she launched the new Victoria's Secret swimwear range today

She's not a girl who has ever been shy about strutting down the catwalk or posing for the cameras in a bikini.

But Miranda Kerr came over all unusually shy today as she launched the new swimwear range for Victoria's Secret.

The Australian model kept her curves hidden beneath a pretty crocheted dress as she posed by a pool in Los Angeles.

Her bright pink bikini could be seen underneath but she didn't take off the tunic to reveal it, even though she's never been shy about revealing her enviable figure before.

As it turned out, it was rather cool in Beverly Hills this morning which is why Miranda was feeling the chill in her bikini.

She was joined on the shoot at the Thompson Hotel by fellow Victoria's Secret model Candice Swanepoel, who also kept herself covered up in a pretty cream crocheted top, a hint of her bright green bikini showing beneath.

They were launching the 2012 SWIM collection features the launch of The Gorgeous Swim Collection inspired by the best selling Gorgeous bra.

Goddesses: Miranda and Candice looked like they were walking on water as they posed on the pool's glass walkway


The collection includes embellishments, prints, bright colors and neons, and mix and match which allows customers to switch tops and bottoms to create their perfect style.

Miranda, along with her son Flynn, jetted into Los Angeles from New York for the shoot where she was reunited with husband Orlando Bloom.

According to reports, the couple are planning a big party at their home this weekend for friends and family.

They will be hosting a candlelit dinner while they observe this year's Earth Hour, which takes place March 31 at 8:30 p.m.

And today, Orlando was spotted at a gym in Hollywood with baby Flynn in his arms, who he gave to his nanny to hold while he attended a dance class.
