Regained some of that body confidence? Lauren Goodger poses in underwear days after quitting London Marathon

She pulled out the London Marathon last week amidst claims that she was suffering a loss of body confidence.

But it looks as though Lauren Goodger might have already bounced back from those negative feelings.

The 25-year old tweeted a picture of herself from a photo shoot last night, grinning as she posed between two male models wearing nothing but black lacy underwear and heels.


She captioned the shot: 'Sneaky pic that I shouldn't send from my mobile of 2moro shoot in the daily star this untouched my bbm pic lol '

Lauren looks happy and relaxed as she leans with her arm resting on the shoulder of one of her companions.

Her assured expression is certainly at odds with reports that Lauren has struggled recently to accept her body shape, having found it difficult to control her eating.

And last week it was revealed that the TOWIE star had dropped out of the London Marathon, with friends apparently saying that she would never have made it to the finish.

According to the Daily Star Lauren gave up despite telling the paper last year that she was anticipating the challenge, claiming she was a natural athlete.

'I ran cross-country when I was 13, so I just need to get that fitness back,' she said at the time.

'I’m going to start training straight away. It feels refreshing to have a goal.'

A friend has apparently revealed: 'She hates working out and she just didn’t put in any effort to get race-ready. She couldn’t even get through a two-mile jog at boot camp without sobbing that it was too tough.'

'She would have embarrassed herself if she had started the race. There is no way she would have made it through 26 miles.'

The Only Way Is Essex star has recently spoken out about her constant weight battle revealing her struggle to shift the excess pounds.

Speaking to Heat magazine, Lauren opened up about unhappy it makes her and the affect is has on her on a daily basis.

Lauren admitted that her size 12 figure makes her feel 'so unhappy' despite being a size under the national average.

'I think about it all of the time – from the moment I get up,' she said. 'But I still struggle to do anything about it.

'It’s upsetting me more than anything, it’s like I’m punishing myself. When I think about it it all gets too much. I think everyone looks at me and thinks; "She’s fat." I hate the way I look.'

The reality TV star - whose Essex salon was recently petrol bombed - has tried many attempts to shape up in the past but just can't seem to stick to a routine.

'I've tried boot camp, had a personal trainer and a nutritionist,' she said. 'But I just start eating again. I have a problem.'

Meanwhile Lauren's ex Mark Wright has been busy soaking up the sunshine this week in the Costa del Sol with cousin Elliot.

But while most lads on tour are seen propping up the bar by midday, the active pair were spied running along the sand for a dual workout, breaking into a sweat under the sweltering sun.
