Professional: The boys refused to let their fans down and played in Plymouth yesterday
The boy band One Direction were involved in car accident last night, which left three members of the needing treatment for neck injuries.
Louis Tomlinson, Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Zayn Malik and Liam Payne, had just performed in the city and were treated at the scene.
Police and ambulance crews were called to the smash in Birmingham after a car sped into the band's tour bus.
Ambulance crews said three members of the band had severe headaches and spinal pain but the injuries were not serious.
Although the boys were advised to cancel their next gig in Plymouth the quintet were desperate not to leave fans high and dry.
As rumours of the crash spread online, hundreds of worried One Direction fans frantically tweeted trying to find out if the crew were injured.

A source told The Daily Mirror: 'It was pretty terrifying for everyone concerned.
'All five boys, plus two members of the crew, were in their tour bus when the car rammed into the back of it.
'Thankfully, it withstood most of the impact but obviously, travelling at speed, the boys’ couldn’t avoid whiplash.'
A Twitter frenzy erupted soon after the news emerged with fans desperate for news of the young heartthrobs.

Fans took to Twitter to vent their frustration after rumours spread about the crash.
x_Directioner_Omg wrote: “[are] the rumours true about One Direction in a car crash!!!!!!!!! I feel like crying !!!! :( while @AliceDigby_1D posted: “OMF gee, One Direction were in a car crash?!?! I’m so upset :’(.”
Despite their injuries, the band took to the stage at Plymouth’s Pavilions last night and performed a slightly tentative 90 minute set as part of their UK tour.
