Frankie Cocozza has been offered a lifeline; clean up your act and you can join The X Factor tour.
But judging from last night's antics, the wild child is back to his rebellious ways.
The 18-year-old didn't exactly look like he was eating humble pie as he partied with a gaggle of women at Aura nightclub, chain smoking outside the venue and arguing in the street.

He later joined fellow reality show reject Derry Mensah of doomed group The Risk, taking a host of beauties back to their hotel in Portobello.
The line-up of the tour will be announced today, but Frankie’s name won’t appear on the list just yet.
However, he will be included on the 2012 road trip if he cleans up his act.
A source told The Sun: 'If he keeps his nose clean there will be a place for him.'

Yet just days after apologising for his bad boy antics, Frankie Cocozza is back to being a hellraiser.
The shaggy-haired reject bowed his head with shame last week, saying he was 'really, really sorry' for the furore he caused being kicked off the show.

But falling out of clubs and causing a scene in public won't get him back into Simon Cowell's good books anytime soon.
Syco boss Cowell has so far given him the benefit of the doubt, saying: 'He's a young kid and he made a mistake but he walked out with some dignity.
'If he sorts himself out and learns how to behave he could enter again next year.'

Three musketeers: Frankie's two friends would not leave his side throughout the evening, looking after their hero

Realistically however, if Frankie stayed at home behind closed doors pondering on the past, the rockstar façade he created would be pointless.
The Brighton teenager is living up to his rebellious streak, enjoying his new found fame in the spotlight.

Dressed in his trademark skinny jeans and bouffant hair, the teenager completed the look with red shoes and a shirt buttoned to the neck.
Most of the evening seemed to be spent sitting on the steps outside of the club, rather than inside the central London venue.

Wiling away the hours, Frankie braved the cold minus his coat, while smoking a constant stream of cigarettes and chattering to various female specimens.
One of them appeared to have forgotten to get dressed for the evening, wearing just a red bra and black knickers - not that Frankie seemed to mind.

Cocozza was flanked by two male friends who loyally acted like his security guards, guiding him where to step and grabbing him by his arms to lead him in whatever direction they were going.
One of them turned a little aggressive towards photographers, adopting Frankie's confrontational side by sticking his middle finger up to cameras.
The rest of the evening soon turned sour with one of the girls Frankie had originally been talking to shouting at him in the street in front of onlookers.

Cocozza looked too drunk to know what was going on, as his friend protectively led him away as the unknown lady continued to shout.
The boys ended up in a taxi, which considering his previous conquests, seemed to be surprisingly free of the opposite sex.
Perhaps the reason his mystery lady lost her cool as she wanted to go home with him?

Aftershow: Frankie and Derry Mensah of The Risk headed back to a hotel in Portobello to carry on the party with a host of females

However, another group of girls joined them as they met up with The Risk singer Derry Mensah in Portobello and all went back to a hotel.
Mensah, who confessed he was in love with Kelly Rowland during his first audition, appears to be relishing his new pedestal status too and had a wide beaming grin plastered on.
Last week Cocozza was sensationally kicked off the ITV reality show amidst allegations of cocaine use.

At the time, Frankie said: 'I feel bad about letting the fans down and I'd like to apologise to the people who voted for me. I'm really, really sorry.'
Cocozza has now been replaced on the show by Rowland's act Amelia Lily, who was originally eliminated in the first live show.
Lily will now fight for survival against the five other remaining acts; Little Mix, Craig Colton, Marcus Collins, Janet Devlin and Misha B.
