Kylie looks frozen in time as she displays a wrinkle free face

Absolutely flawless: Kylie Minogue attends George Michael's private dinner at the Royal Opera House wrinkle free

Her flawless complexion, age 43, has raised questions that she may be a fan of the cosmetic procedure Botox.

And it seems that Kylie may have become a bit of a devotee of late as her appearance last night was suspiciously wrinkle free.

The features of of pop queen Kylie Minogue looked frozen in time and bizarrely expressionless as she arrived for George Michael's charity dinner and concert at London's Royal Opera House.

But as the pint sized star stepped out of her car her face appeared more rigid than usual.

Wearing a black lace dress and pale make-up the Confide In Me singer resembled a porcelain doll with her dark brunette hair and taut skin.

The Australian was out with Scissor Sisters singer Jake Shears, who wore a PVC jumpsuit, to support Sir Elton John's AIDS Foundation charity fundraiser.

With such unnaturally wrinkle free skin Kylie showed signs of having used Botox despite promising last year to never use the injections again.

Kylie said at the time: 'I’ve been honest about the fact that I did use Botox.

'But I don’t any more, I won’t go near it. I have lines. You can see the lines on my face.'

Holding back the years: Kylie's skin looks smoother and more taut compared to last year

Compared to how she looked just over a year ago it appears that her face has fewer wrinkles than before.

Kylie has claimed that Pond's Cold Cream is the reason she looks younger than most women in their 40's.

She said: 'It really does work. It’s made such a difference'. But it's doubtful that any cream could work such a dramatic effect.

The slight sag on her eyelids is similar to X Factor creator Simon Cowell who is also a fan of the non-surgical treatment.
