Kourtney Kardashian's son enjoys his first visit to the plastic surgeon... aged 21 months!

As part of the Kardashian empire she can afford the best healthcare for her young son.

But it seems that Kourtney may have slightly overreacted when her exuberant son Mason, 21 months fell over.

The glamorous star of Keeping Up With The Kardashian's was seen hurrying in to keep an appointment... with a plastic surgeon.


Sucking on his dummy, the usually-energetic toddler was sporting a bandage on the bridge of his nose as his mother, 32, carried him in New York yesterday.

While a certain amount of concern is natural for any mother, a visit to a cosmetic surgeon seems like somewhat of an over-reaction.

The pair were joined by Mason's father Scott Disick, 28. Kourtney, 32, had earlier covered her son's head with a blanket as she carried him out of the couple's hotel.

But with the Kardashians who document the minutiae of their glamorous lives for a voracious audience, it's likely the worrying episode will end up on our screens in the none too distant future.

Thankfully, the youngster appeared to have perked up last night, as Kourtney and Scott were later seen on a dinner date, filming for their reality show, Kourtney & Kim take New York.

The star changed from a cute kaftan-style dress and ballet flats into a black and white printed dress and black heels.

The always-suave Scott donned a shiny blue suit.

The doting mother had earlier posted photos of her and her son playing happily on a playground in New York earlier this month.

And never one to be upstaged, Kim Kardashian posted a photo on her blog yesterday of her carrying Mason in her massive Tote bag, while their sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner look on.

The snap was taken in Bora Bora where the family holidayed recently for their parents, Kris and Bruce Jenner‘s vow renewal on their 20th anniversary of marriage.

Kim said: 'Mason was playing by my feet at dinner in Bora Bora and crawled into the back of my bag, so I took him over to show Kourt! How funny!?'

The Kardashian and Jenner clan are in New York for Fashion Week and supported the youngest sister, Kylie, 14, as she made her catwalk debut on Monday.

She was modelling in Avril Lavigne's line Abbey Dawn.

Avril is dating Kylie's half-brother Brody Jenner.

Cute: Kourtney's sister Kim yesterday posted this adorable picture of Mason who had crawled into her bag while they were holidaying in Bora Bora recently


Meanwhile, Khloe Kardashian and her husband Lamar Odom have appeared in an advertisement together for Wonderful Pistachios.

It shows Lamar playfully stealing a nut off Khloe and her saying 'that was mine'.

A voiceover jokes: 'Khloe and Lamar, do it as foreplay'.
