The yo-yo dieter is determined to regain her svelte figure, ready for her appearance on fly-on-the-wall reality show Celebrity Big Brother.
Kerry has been huffing and puffing her way through gruelling workouts over the last week, complete with a personal fitness trainer for motivation.

According to the Daily Star Sunday, the military-style fitness regime is known by squaddies as a 'beasting' due to its brutality.
While there were times when Kerry, 30, looked exhausted, she still found time to smile for the cameras and giggle with friend Danielle Brown.
Mel B's sister larked around, trying to put Kerry off her exercise and even pinching her backside at one point causing Kerry to scream.
Television bosses will be hoping that gobby Kerry spills the beans live on air about her wild past, including bankruptcy and a cocaine addiction.

In a frank interview with The People, the former Atomic Kitten singer said she has given up on love but still wants more children.
She also revealed it has been so long since she last had sex that she'd 'need an instruction book' before she does the deed again.
Kerry added: 'My breakup from Brian (McFadden) is why I was in such a rush to get married again, to have that family unit.
'But (Mark Croft) was a complete t*t who ripped me off, spent all my money and used and abused me.'
The former I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! winner will also compete with Jedward, Tara Reid and Sally Bercow in the Channel 5 show.
