Congratulations to Chelsae Durocher, our new titleholder! She will be representing Canada at the 2011 Miss Universe pageant to be held in Sao Paulo, Brazil, on September 12th.Chelsae Durocher is a 3rd year student at the University of Windsor, studying in the Drama in Education and Community Program. She is fluent in both French and English and one day hopes to be an elementary school teacher. She loves working with children and meeting new people; and will embrace any opportunity which allows her to do so.
Durocher, who stands 1.75 m. tall, will represent her country at Miss Universe 2011 in Sao Paulo, Brazil on September 12.
