Flamboyant: But Alexandra's leotard wasn't the most flattering of stage garments
She's been taking to the stage in a range of flamboyant outfits on her first UK tour.
And Alexandra Burke's first show in front of a home town crowd at London's Hammersmith Apollo on Thursday night proved to be no exception.
Among her costumes at the latest concert in her All Night Long tour was a studded silver leotard, which was every bit as over-the-top as much of her stage gear - although it wasn't the most flattering choice for the 22-year-old singer.
The tour - which has so far taken in dates in Sheffield, Nottingham, Newcastle, Manchester, Blackpool and Liverpool - has seen Alexandra go through a number of increasingly showy costume changes.
The ticker-tape style dress which she wore in Birmingham in the week also made another appearance, with her backing dancers dressed in Gladiator style costumes.
And she also wore a bejewelled, cutaway leotard with billowing sleeves when she played Belfast last month.

All the outfits on the tour have been created by designer Melissa Odabash.
London-born Alexandra, who performs some of her biggest hits on the tour including Bad Boys, Broken Heels, Hallelujah and Start Without You, as well as her new single The Silence, appeared to be thrilled to be returning to the capital.
'London I have waited for this moment for so long,' she tweeted before the show, '..to perform in my home town. I can't wait!'
And afterwards she was clearly still on a high.

Just left the apollo,' she said on her Twitter page, '..Loved every minute of my day and night! love my fans so much, they go hard! I love you guys!!!!!
She explained: 'I've watched This Is It by Michael Jackson, I've watched Beyonce's new one, her old one. I'm soaking it all in.'
The All Night Long tour is the latest in a series of successful ventures for Alexandra, who was crowned the winner of The X Factor in 2008.
Since then, she has had a hit album and is currently working on a second solo record, which is expected to be released later this year.
Talking about the as-yet-untitled album, Alexandra said: 'It’s got to be sexy. So I’m going to get a lot fiercer and sexier.
'We’re just getting down and dirty with the next album. I’m going to take a lot more risks and it’s going to be insane.'

Alexandra also hinted that she will be collaborating with someone 'huge' on the record.
She added: 'I can’t say too much because my management will kill me if I let loose.
'But I have a special duet planned. I have the ideas, the collaborations in my mind - it’s all locked up in my head.'
Extensive tour: Alexandra is playing a string of dates up and down the UK including a show at London's Indig02 on February 11
As well as her musical ventures, hard-working Alexandra was recently named the face of Sure Women deodorant.
And she said recently that she is determined to make herself into a 'brand' during her time in the industry.
She said: 'I want to oversee my business, my brand. If I want to be here for the next 50 years I have to make sure this is a good little business.
'I want to make myself a brand, and make sure when I go out there what you're seeing is a brand, someone who cares about their music and creativity.'
