Jennifer Lopez was never more unpopular or lampooned than in the aftermath of her nauseating 2002 video for Jenny from the Block which co-starred her then boyfriend Ben Affleck.

The pair were shown cavorting on a yacht, with the Academy Award winning actor nuzzling into J-Lo's bikini clad body and untying the hot pink top.

Now married to Jennifer Garner with three little ones, Affleck - who was engaged to marry the Latino singer - says he regrets doing the video.

And you'd think that maybe Lopez,42, would too, but apparently that's not the case.

In fact, she's gone and done it again, this time a little more desperately with toyboy Casper Smart,24, in the video to accompany her new single Dance Again.

You'll have to wait until Thursday's American Idol to see how much in love and lust the couple want you to know they are, but ever benevolent, Lopez has released some teaser shots.

What's odd is that the pair have been coy about their relationship in public.

If you were cynical, you might think that Lopez was building interest to a pique for this musical release... but that would be very cynical.

Smart, who is usually in the audience during American Idol, has been photographed with Lopez everywhere from Miami Beach to Brazil.

'I own different sizes of jeans for my fat days,' reveals Cheryl Cole as she opens up on her weight

She is a slim size 8 and could hardly be called overweight.

But Cheryl Cole has revealed that she keeps different sizes of jeans in her wardrobe because her weight goes up and down.

‘I’m like any other woman, my weight fluctuates,’ she said. ‘I have a pair of jeans one size bigger than the other just in case that week I’m a little bit heavier. I work out and try to make healthy choices.'

The 28-year-old singer, whose weight has been the matter of much discussion over the years, had to put on the pounds after battling malaria in 2010 while visiting Tanzania and dropping to a gaunt size 6.

Asked about diets, she told Marie Claire magazine: 'I try to avoid them like the plague. That can get you into a vicious circle. I did when I was younger.'

She revealed that she was sent into a panic over her weight when she found fame with Girls Aloud in 2002 after winning ITV talent show Popstars: The Rivals.

'When I first got in the band I remember the first mean story I read where newspapers called us "Pork Stars" - because the show was called Pop Stars: The Rivals. We were all fat... we were all fat! Not fat, chubby.

'And Louis Walsh had come out publicly and said, "They're all fat. They all need to lose weight." And the record label sent us all to have training.'

When asked if ‘training’ meant 'fat camp', she replied: 'Probably, but we were just thinking they were doing us a favour at the time. We were so deluded.'

The singer said she ‘just ate everything’ after her brush with malaria, and has previously spoken about how being ill changed her priorities.

'It’s now less about work, work, work and more about making time to chill and be with my friends and family,' she said.

'Leo's fatter, I'm thinner': Kate Winslet has remarked on the difference 15 years have made to herself and co-star Leonardo DiCaprio since Titanic


She famously struggled with her weight during the early years of her fame.

But now that Kate Winslet has achieved a figure she is content with, the actress can look back on her most well-known film, Titanic, and smile smugly.

Because while most fans of the film were distracted by how devastatingly handsome Leonardo DiCaprio was at the time, and Kate got stick for her weight, the actress believes that she's aged better than her co-star.


Kate joked during an appearance on Daybreak today that she has lost weight since the classic 1997 film, while Leo has piled on the pounds.

She said: 'We do look very different, we’re older. Leo’s 37, I’m 36 – we were 21 and 22 when we made that film. You know, he’s fatter now – I’m thinner. It’s true though!'

Of course, Winslet was only poking fun at her old friend, who she has since worked with again, on the Oscar-nominated Revolutionary Road.

The down-to-earth star joked that she was horrified to see herself in 3D at the premiere of the re-released film this week, having not watched Titanic since it was first in cinemas 15 years ago.

Chatting to Kate Garraway for the ITV show, she said: 'I put my glasses on and I sat there all excited and then the second my face came on I was like, "Oh my God, make it stop, switch it off, somebody make it stop, turn the sound down, is that what we looked like? Oh my God, look what I looked like and look what Leo looks like!"

'It was completely bizarre, it was like somebody saying we’re going to take a home video that we made of you that’s three-and-a-half hours long and we’re going to make the world watch it all over again. And it was made 15 years ago, how do you feel about that? So bizarre, so bizarre.'

Winslet also revealed that she will allow her children to watch the film, despite its infamous 'nude portrait' scene.

'They’ve still not seen it but now they’re perfect ages to see it and they’ll see it on the big screen with me, in 3D.

'I mean it’s going to be profoundly weird,' she said. 'I know the bits where I’m going to be covering my eyes like this, and I’m on eye covering duty and someone else is going to be on ear covering duty because I haven’t got enough hands.!'

Kate joked that her son Joe would be more interested in what’s for dinner than watching his mum on screen: 'He’s fully going to be "when’s dinner time? Can we have dessert today and can I have ketchup?"

'I mean that’s all he’s going to really be concerned is when their next meal is coming. He’s a good boy, he’s a proper boy.'

Recalling the overnight international fame she experienced with the release of Titanic, Kate said: 'It was hard being that famous that quickly because one day I could go and buy a pint of milk and the next day I couldn’t do that anymore - or I could, but they would write about how terrible I looked because I hadn’t put make-up on. So it’s a rather rude awakening when that happens to you.'

'I look back at that time in my life and I really remember thinking, "I’m much more grown up than everyone else for my age and I’m really head-strong, I know exactly who I am."

'Of course I look back and I didn’t have a clue and it’s actually only in the last couple of years of my life that I’ve figured it all out, or more out than I had done then, and now I do have a feeling of ok I get it now, now I understand myself.'

So it is no surprise that Katie Holmes is starting to struggle when picking up her five-year-old daughter Suri.

The statuesque 33-year-old put her leg muscles to use as she carried the tot during a day at the park in New Orleans over the weekend.

Katie was dressed for the warmer Southern weather parading her muscular legs in a pair of suede hot pants paired with a denim shirt and her favourite beige booties.

Meanwhile her toddler was quite the little Southern belle in a pretty white sundress, polka dot pink cardigan and metallic slip on shoes.

She wore her hair in pigtails, while her mother scraped her matching brunette locks up into a low-key bun.

The inquisitive tot was particularly taken by a flock of ducks, who were roaming around the lush greenery.

Suri seems to have had quite a growth spurt over the last few months and while she still possesses many of her mother's features, is looking more and more like her father as days go by.

Katie and Suri are in New Orleans while Tom Cruise films his next feature movie Oblivion, alongside co-star Morgan Freeman and Melissa Leo.

Tom stars as a veteran soldier who’s banished to the surface of a post-apocalyptic Earth and tasked with repairing ships that hunt down the aliens who destroyed our planet.

His wife and daughter flew into the Southern state earlier this week from New York via a private helicopter.

Suri was seen sporting what appeared to be red lipstick as she left home with her mother to go to the heli-pad.

Suri's lips were a bright rosy hue as she left her apartment.

Once seated inside the helicopter the mother daughter pair were seen peering out of the window.

Suri appeared to be excited by the view while Katie kept her entertained playing with her stuffed animal.

Heroic Harry saves life of unconscious rival after dramatic polo match collision

Quick-thinking: Prince Harry rushes to the rescue of Bash Kazi after the U.S. businessman was knocked unconscious after colliding with another rider during a polo match in Campinas, Brazil

These dramatic pictures show how Prince Harry came to the rescue of an injured rival polo player during a match in Brazil on his recent tour.

The quick-thinking 27-year-old leaped from his horse to help U.S. businessman Bash Kazi, who had been knocked unconscious after a dramatic collision during the charity match in Campinas last month.

Harry gently put Mr Kazi into the recovery position, while other riders looked on.

The British Red Cross said the Prince's quick-thinking actions could have saved his opponent's life.

A grateful Mr Kazi told the Washington Post: 'Prince Harry was the first one off his horse, doing the right thing, turning me over to make sure I regained consciousness.'

He called the royal 'a fabulous person' and 'such a gentleman' for helping him.
The amateur polo player was taking part in the match organised by Prince Harry when his horse collided with another.

'I remember waking up with these piercing blue eyes looking at me,' he said.
Mr Kazi is thought to have had minor concussion, but was later given the all clear after a CT scan.

The 41-year-old, who has played polo as an amateur for 25 years, had been recruited for the star-studded match by Ralph Lauren model and professional polo player Nachos Figueras.

The Washington-based defense contractor, who splits his time between Georgetown and Southern California, was on the opposing to the Prince - both mixed with pro and amateur players.

He said: 'I think I had a minor concussion but I’ve since had a CT scan and everything is clear.'

Mr Kazi now hopes to lure Harry back to America for another charity match, adding: 'I look forward to squaring off with him in the U.S.'

The game - which the prince's team won 6-3, was a fundraiser for Sentebale, Harry's South African charity, which he co-founded in 2006.

It was the third Sentebale Polo Cup, raising money and awareness for the charity's work helping orphans and vulnerable children in Lesotho, South Africa.

He described his first tour on behalf of the Queen as ‘emotional’ and ‘amazing’, but stressed that his duties as an Apache helicopter pilot – which may see him deployed to Afghanistan later this year – come first.

He spoke of his and Prince William's military duties after the match, on the final afternoon of his solo trip to mark his grandmother’s Diamond Jubilee, which took in Belize, the Bahamas and Jamaica.

He said: 'I’m in a very privileged position, so I’ll use my title to help out where I can, but at the same time, we’ve both got our military careers, and that’s what we’ll continue to do.

‘I will help out with my grandmother whenever she needs me. The Jubilee is the Jubilee and family comes first.’

He added: ‘I tell you what, it’s been an emotional trip. I’m absolutely exhausted but the warmth of the reception that we’ve received from every single country that we’ve been to has been amazing.

‘I personally had no idea how much warmth there was towards the Queen – to me that’s been very humbling, and I was actually quite choked up seeing the way that they’re celebrating her 60 years.’

The story of Harry's bravery comes amid speculation he could be reunited with ex-girlfriend Chelsy Davy, after she ended her fling with art dealer Blaise Patrick.

The reality star, 32, is currently holidaying with her family in the scorching La Romana, Dominican Republic, where temperatures are currently soaring into the region of 30°.

SPOILER ALERT: EastEnders' Lucy Beale saves a drunk Lauren Branning from a car of three random men

After making her parents sick with grief because of her alcohol problem, Lauren Branning is now a concern for her friends too.

The resident party animal of Albert Square plummets to new depths next week on EastEnders, when she needs to be rescued by Lucy Beale.

The 18-year-old brunette is driven off by three random men after a boozy night out in Walford, and unaware of the potential danger she may be in, Lauren is saved by a sensible Lucy Beale.

The two girls are seen enjoying a night out on the tiles celebrating Branning's 18th birthday, and have a little too much to drink.

However, when the nightclub closes Lauren decides that she wants to continue the party and decides to go off with three strange men.

Lucy, played by 17-year-old Hetti Bywater, tries in vain to persuade her drunken friend to not go with the guys, but Lauren gets into their car.

The best mates have a huge argument about it and almost come to blows but soon enough the men shut the car door and drive off with Lauren, played by Jacqueline Jossa.

With nobody around to help her, Lucy is forced to take matters into her own hands and sprints down the road after the vehicle.

Lucy catches up with the car and forces open the door and drags the very drunk Lauren out.

The car then tears off at breakneck speed and leaves trails of smoke from the tyres and Lauren lying in the road.

After she stumbles to her feet she then has another explosive argument with Lucy and they end up getting in a taxi to return to Walford.

Her recent on screen antics have been so appalling that Jacqueline, 19, has been put off drinking in real life.

She told the Daily Star: 'I’ve not got drunk at all in five or six weeks because it makes me feel sick now.

'I watch myself on the show and don’t want my friends to think I’m like that.'
