No expense spared: Kim Kardashian to tie the knot at luxury California mansion as preparations get underway for the big day

Dream location: This is believed to be the Santa Barbara mansion where Kim Kardashian will marry her basketball player fiancé Kris Humphries on Saturday

She will be walking down the aisle in a designer wedding dress, so Kim Kardashian is hardly going to scrimp and save on the rest of her big day.

And by the looks of the venue that she has hired for her nuptials, no expense has been spared on this eagerly-awaited celebrity wedding.

Some overhead shots of the California mansion where the reality TV star will tie the knot on Saturday have been released.

Bet you'll look good on the dance floor: A huge stage is being erected at the mansion possibly for a band after the ceremony

And preparations are underway to transform the Santa Barbara home into the wedding venue of Kim's dream's.

The 30-year-old is set to wed New Jersey Nets star Kris Humphries this weekend and will be making sure that it is a day to remember, not just for them but for their guests as well.

The bird's eye view pictures show a huge stage being erected on the $20million, 20-acres property which is owned by the former Google CEO, and which will play host to 500 guests.

Speakers lie littered across the dance floor waiting to be fixed around the stage for the reception music after the ceremony.

The house, which sits in beautifully manicured gardens, also has 20 bedrooms, enough for the Kardasian and Humphries clans to get ready in.

Some details from the big day have been trickling out over the past couple of weeks as it was revealed that Kim will be wearing not one, but three dresses on her big day and all Vera Wang, although details of her actual wedding gown have been kept under wraps.

'This will be the biggest moment of her life and she is going to make sure she gives everyone something to talk about. Nothing would do that more than shocking folks with a splash of colour.'

But there will be no sneaky peeks to the public straight after the ceremony, something that Kim and Kris will be making sure of.

They are believed to have signed a $500,000 deal with People for exclusie access to wedding photos and the ceremony will be televised on the Kardashian's reality TV show in October.

And the day will be shrouded in tight security and no cameras or mobile phones allowed in and tures get released.
