Lean look: Cameron Diaz leaving the workout in LA
She was once known for her feminine figure, but Cameron Diaz was sporting a very different look as she left a gym workout.
The 38-year-old actress displayed rippling arm muscles after taking part in an hour-long session with her sports star boyfriend in Los Angeles.
Miss Diaz has taken staying in top physical shape to a new level since going public on her romance with New York Yankees baseball star Alex Rodriguez.
And perhaps it’s not surprising – after all, he seems to have had a similar effect on previous girlfriend Madonna.

The 52-year-old singer’s exercise regime left her with almost manly arms after she started going out with the sportsman three years ago.
As for Miss Diaz, she and Rodriguez – known as A-Rod to his fans – regularly take part in workouts when together.

Miss Diaz’s personal trainer Teddy Bass said the former model was happy with her new look.
‘Cameron loves having a lean, strong body rather than a curvy figure,’ he said.
